Returns & Refunds Policy

At Bluwalker we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange it under the conditions described below. By placing an order with us you agree to this policy.

Return eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • In its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Free of stains, perfume, deodorant, or any other marks.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected on inspection and sent back to you.

How to request a return

To initiate a return, email us at Bluwalkerr@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at 9557828013 with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason. Our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange a reverse pickup wherever serviceable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued to a bank account or UPI ID you share with us.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or colour, subject to stock availability. If the requested size or colour is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit. Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns.

Non-returnable items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked Final Sale or sold at clearance.
  • Innerwear, socks, and similar intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
  • Customised or made-to-order products.
  • Free gifts and promotional items.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging. We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
