Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Bluewalker processes, ships, and delivers your orders across India.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking details once it is dispatched.

Delivery time

Once shipped, standard delivery within India typically takes:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days.
  • Other cities & towns: 5–8 business days.
  • Remote locations: 7–10 business days.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary based on your pincode, courier load, weather, or unforeseen events.

Shipping charges

We offer free standard shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999 within India. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below this threshold and is shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery may carry an additional handling fee where applicable.

Order tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order is dispatched. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect an order once it has been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer.

Failed delivery attempts

Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the package to us. If a package is returned as undelivered, we will reach out to confirm whether to re-ship (charges may apply) or refund the order, minus any shipping costs already incurred.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and notify us within 48 hours with photos of the parcel and contents. For packages lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and either re-ship or refund your order once the loss is confirmed.

International shipping

We currently ship within India only. For international orders, please reach out to us by email and we will see whether we can arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis.
